Hackney Central has a tiny bar that we love big time. Headed up by Felix Cohen (behind Manhattan Project) - so you know to expect some pretty special mixology… Inside think snug and classy, with pineapple wall papers - because what self respecting bar doesn't have a pineapple mascot right now? BarChick'll have a Champagne daiquiri, made with Champagne acid, fruit sugar, and Havana 7 rum - not quite a daiquiri, not quite Champagne but something pretty epic inbetween. We also love the monthly old fashioned, with a lil' seasonal twist. And then there's The Eagle. Ultra premium spirits, mixed and served from a glass eagle -  but you'll have to get in line because they've only got the one - and BarChick might need a refill... Open until a respectable 11.30pm on weekdays and 12.30am on weekends, it's your go-to classy date spot.
