It might not be able to compete with the height of the Sky Garden, or the theme park worthy lift experience of Duck & Waffle. BUT - Jin Bo Law has its own kick-ass appeal in the form of a blingy bar that serves up exotic roof terrace cocktails til late. Sweet. Get yourself 14 floors up of the Dorsett City Hotel in Aldgate and you'll find this ace bar on the roof, packed with Asian influences and a back-bar that looks like a giant back-lit pineapple. 

The tables here are hot property so if you haven't reserved one you're gonna need to perfect your sharking skills and get ready to swoop when a reservation leaves. Can't blame the pre-planners for wanting to guarantee their seats. We thought we'd have got bored of those rooftop views by now but turns out that sea of platinum skyscrapers is the ideal garnish to the cocktails here.  Book for sunset and order their White Negroni inspired Dragon Air. This little number replaces gin with Chinese spirit Baijiu and gives it a pear and chocolate vibe. Nice!
