Call 72 hours ahead and sort out one of their suckling pig feasts. Whole roast suckling pig served with seasonal veg, roast tatties and apple sauce. There’s a minimum of 8 guests, but you can invite as many as you want and at £32.50 each it’s DAMN WORTH IT… spit roast pig served right at your table!

If you’re big on gin then this place is a must. They’ve got a menu dedicated to the perfect serve, where you can choose from citrus, floral, herbaceous or spice, depending on your preference. If you’re not a gin head tuck into the wine, the list is well complied.

Head here on Mondays for (un)screw Mondays, when corkage is free. Job well done. Hungover? You’re in luck cos they have a six strong Bloody Mary menu ready to sort you out. The damn spicy Some Like it Hot is served with a shot of milk for the brave, and the I’m Not Bloody Sharing is perfect if you’re there with a group of mates (serves 2/3 people!).
