You’re rocking along the King’s Road and fancy kicking back with a drink in snazzy surroundings. The answer = Bluebird Restaurant. Head past the courtyard cafe (chock-full of tiny dogs and Chelsea luvvies wearing sunglasses), ‘cos upstairs is where you’ll find the bar.

It’s chrome, it’s shiny, it’s circular. Oh and it serves banging cocktails. We perched ourselves on one of the plush stools and sank a Maid In Chelsea. Tequila, cucumber and rose makes us see stars, in all the best possible ways.

Wanna make an evening out of it? We suggest you do, the menu is on point. British classics like beef pie and fish & chips sort your appetite out, and the interior screams #DesignGoals. There’s mix-matched art-deco chairs, leafy nooks, and as many paintings as a fancy art gallery. It’s all jewel coloured tones, which is apt as a lot of the people in this place are nicely moneyed. That doesn’t mean there’s a stuffy vibe though - weekends see Bluebird Chelsea bringing the fun. Had too much of a good time? Return for brunch the next day and get a Bloody Mary & some eggs down you. Sorted.
