Given half a chance, they’ll start talking about the ‘flux capacitor’ and calibrating Nitrogen here – these guys are geeking out and we love it. And it’s not just the spot on Scandinavian simplicity fused with Hollywood glamour that gives this place hazy warmth—the zesty lemon olives and Evil Twin Brewery’s Lil B Imperial Porter (which tastes like melted fudge and sea salt) left us feeling recharged and recalibrated.
