This bar is a little bit special. With an Indian style thatched roof and matching canopies, it’s an Amazonian jungle that sits on the shores of Lake Rio’s Lagoa. Completely open air, it’s the place to hit for stargazing and sunsets, delightful.
Beautiful by day but even more impressive as night settles in, this place is lit with torches and a soft glow reflected from the lake, it’s very romantic. The outside furniture is made from reforested eucalyptus, and raised platforms that look like tree houses provide privacy for those who seek it.
Get experimental when it comes to your booze: there are over twenty-eight different fruit varieties from the Amazon just waiting to be mixed with Cachaca, sake or vodka. BarChick went with the recommended Jabuticaba (dark purple/black berry) with sake, and it was excellent.
