A new addition to Longrain, the industrial style bar with cosy booths makes it a pleasure to wait for a table. Jordan, the head cocktail architect and all round Aussie nice guy whipped us up a Longrain special, the Ping Pong cocktail that fits perfectly with the Thai cuisine, made with Grey Goose citron, passion fruit juice, lime, lychee liqueur and fresh lychees. Longrain prides itself on cocktails that complement Chef Martin Boetz’s award winning Aussie Thai cuisine, like his bar snacks that melt in your mouth including the Betal Leaf entrée.
