This three-storey bar, deli and dining room combines a sleek Art Deco style with a shiny, swine-y theme. Think meat cleavers on the walls and mounted hogs heads. The high ceilings, ornate light fittings and marble walls of the ground floor bar will make you feel like you’re sitting in Grand Central Station, while you tuck into their cocktail menu, which is surprisingly affordable considering the suits in attendance. We went for their signature Swine Smash (Havana, mint, pineapple) at a wallet-friendly $14, which comes with a garnish of candied pancetta. Nice.
When it comes to the food, the clue's in the name – it’s all about the suckling pig here, and the downstairs dining room is doing serious business in swine. Leave your vegetarian mates at home for this one.
