Champagne at the press of a button? Um, yes please. This classy and delicate joint has intimate booths decked out with golden ‘Press For Champagne’ buttons, which alert a waiter to your empty glass. The Winery has teamed up with Perrier-Jouët to show Sydneysiders that champagne is an everyday kind of drink, not just for special occasions. Whatever, the buttons are awesome.

Head there on a weekend & you can get a tasty seafood brunch to match your bubbles, all while taking in city skyline views – making it a pretty impressive spot to woo a date. The menu doesn't venture further than Perrier-Jouët and GH Mumm, but there are a decent selection of wines, champagne cocktails and spirits, too.

If you feel like splashing out, they’re uniquely selling Perrier-Jouët’s Belle Epoque 2006 by the flute for $50 (the only place in Sydney you can get it this way). Ooh la la. Also, the champagne button thing. We don’t think the novelty of that will wear off too quickly. Ding ding!
