First true opening night: 2 bartenders, Dan Akroyd, 220 guests in a 100 capacity venue and a free bar. Start the night with a fully stocked bar, finish 13 hours later with a lonely bottle of grenadine. The pride of having handled that night with Davide Segate was incredible and exhilarating

Totally unrelated: If a statue of a person in the park on a horse has both front legs in the air, the person died in battle. If the horse has one front leg in the air, the person died as a result of wounds received in battle. If the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of natural causes.
