100ml San Pellegrino Tonic Citrus
40ml Sloe Gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
20ml simple syrup
Shake the sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker over ice, and then pour into your ice-filled highball glass. Top with San Pellegrino Tonic Citrus and garnish with a cocktail cherry and lemon zest.
