Us BarChicks love a pretty pin-up girl, and this is a whole bar dedicated to them, namely those painted by Peruvian pin-up artist Vargas. With red lips and pert tits in abundance, the walls are covered in iconic 50s images to match the vintage venue and va-va-voom soundtrack. Good start.

Nestled in the heart of Soho, the bar is part-boudoir, part-bachelor pad. It’s small and dimly lit with fantastically bright turquoise painted walls and a number of chaise longue-type sofa seats line the edge of the room.

It’s the perfect place to go in ones, twos or small groups for a serious nightcap inspired by the hot poster chicks. Strawberry Blonde Bombshell, HEF and The Dark Angel are just some of the signature tipples, which make up the vast drinks list. They also have a special dedication to absinthe, in the form of a Green Fairy, as well as extensive Martini, Champagne and classics sections. Good work Varga (just go steady over the pronunciation).
