No. 4 of the 5CC cocktail bars is found under Hoxton’s old fav, the Electricity Showrooms. Just look out for the neon and you’re there. For those who don’t know this area of town it’s the land of the French Bulldog, beards and tech geeks, so it’s refreshing to discover an 80’s heavy vibe down the stairs! We’re talking neon lit-up floor my friend, bring your rollerblades and pompoms and get stuck into some soul and rock and roll.

Like all their hangouts, the 5CC lot know how to make killer cocktails so go bold and go fast. They’ve got everything covered from the classics to the inventive, do try the Negroni.

But it was the barrel cocktails that really got us going, they come in a mini barrel, are loaded with good booze and are perfect for sharing. Peckish? Get stuck into the British duck liver pate and marinated goat’s cheese before hitting the multicoloured, neon dance floor. It’ll be able to handle your moves for sure!
