Coastal Italian and Mediterranean dishes are the name of the game here, and they're something special. We're still thinking about the grilled octopus, which is one of the best things we've put in our mouth as of late; the chicken milanese also gets a shoutout for being the posh cheesy chicken nugget of our dreams. And when it comes to cocktails, the Sparrow crew don't mess around. The Liguria - a mix of gin, house-made herb-infused olive brine, dry vermouth and truffle olive oil - is our ideal Dirty Martini, served with a sidecar and extra olives so you can top up your drink as you please.
