There's a new spot for going out-out in Central. Experimental Group - the guys behind Experimental Cocktail Club and loads of other bars, restaurants and hotels around the globe - have launched new venue that's all about good food, good drinks and good music.

Tucked under Covent Garden Market, Stereo features a central island bar, a raised stage and a 40-cover restaurant, with an overall capacity of 500. Yup, we have a feeling this is gonna be THE new party place in Central. Expect a mix of urban London and NYC vibes with a pinch of Parisian chic. Food-wise, American bar classics are the name of the game here, with dishes dreamed up by chef-restaurateur Andrew Clarke of Acme Fire Cult (yum). And the drinks are just as epic, with loads of London producers gracing the menu and a line-up of killer cocktails. 

In terms of music, there's a little something for everyone, from highly danceable DJ sessions to chilled live performances and a groovy house band. Bring your dancing shoes - it's time to boogie, babe.
