One of the latest shiny new cocktail dens to pop up in the cool kid Northern Quarter. Based in an old cotton spinner’s, this place has got all the elements of a trendy cocktail bar– leather booths, dangly lights and a penchant for gin, (there’s sh*tloads of it here and they take it seriously, with a Copa glass, and a specially tailored garnish). There’s nine staple cocktails on the menu, each one done three ways. We’ll go for the Mezcal Old Fashioned.

Hungry? Get in a couple of bar bites (the sausage roll is epic) if you wanna fill a gap, or you can get properly stuck in with a meat & cheese boards and sourdough pizzas.
