Don't be fooled by the quaint courtyard and floating candles here, the rum menu is longer than the food menu, and BarChick arrived at the same time as a very large beer delivery. Le Court may be cute, but it means business!
In a discreet alley near the Jimmy Choo trodden Parizska Street, Le Court is a mid-summer night’s dream style garden café, with coloured fairy lights hanging from ivy covered walls, pots of lavender and blue satin cushions. Outside it’s a mishmash of school desk tables and garden furniture, and inside it’s more of the same, with a few crooked lampshades and vintage coat racks thrown in.
Spend a quiet summer's afternoon here in the shade with friends drinking spritzers, or enjoy a romantic glass of wine after dinner under the fairy lights. Along with the rums, there's a pretty decent list of spirits, wines and beers. There’s no cocktail menu so don't show up expecting something brown mixed in a crystal glass, although they do have delicious Fentimans mixers to go in your long drinks. If you're hungry there's a tiny menu to snack on.
