What: Essentially the Disney World of Italian food, London's Eataly outpost is going all in on vino at the beginning of March, hosting a three-day wine festival featuring loads of Italy's top winemakers. One ticket gives you access to a session that'll teach ya all about reds, whites or sparkles, with five 75ml pours included. You'll also get 10% off Eataly's wine selection, so you can swirl and sip at home.

What: When a restaurant as extra as Big Mamma Group's Gloria throws a birthday bash, you know it's gonna be WILD. To celebrate their fourth year in London, the Gloria crew are setting up shop in Shoreditch townhouse 25 Paul Street to host a one-night-only disco. Get ready for a knees up with big White Lotus energy: DJs on deck spinning Italian house music, limoncello all around and a guest appearance from the restaurant's famous mile-high lemon meringue pie - 'cos you're gonna need some sustenance after all that groovin'.

What: The bad-asses at Sexy Fish are dropping their new cocktail menu, Trinity, across six continents on 6 March, so whether you're in Cape Town or Cartagena, you'll be able to get in on the action. Of course, BarChick's a Londoner through and through, so you'll find us in Mayfair choosing from the 20 bangin' new serves dreamed up by Sexy Fish's director of bars, Xavier Landais, and his team. Our first pick? Coffee and Toast, with brown butter-infused The Lost Explorer Mezcal, coffee, caramel, Campari and manzanilla sherry. That's our kinda breakfast!

What: Celebrate International Women's Day at this girl-powered party taking over lo-fi cocktail den Seed Library for one night only. Prepare for some serious craic, 'cos live-fire restaurant Acme Fire Cult and its sister venue 40FT Brewery are hosting the Homeboy crew, who'll be mixing up signature serves like the Wogan (Irish whiskey, apricot brandy, sugar and lime) to a soundtrack of next-level Irish DJs. Peckish? Both the restaurant and the taproom will be making some bangin' dishes using top-quality Irish ingredients (hello, beef fat bun with smoked short rib and Guinness molasses!).
