5 Outdoor Terraces For When You Just Wanna Drink Rosé In The Sun

Feeling wine-y? Here's how to drink pink while soaking up some vitamin D

Rosé season has officially arrived, and we are HERE for it. So where should you go to sip on some summer water? We scouted out five of the best terraces for the job.

Want more pink wine? Check out the UK's first-ever Rosé Festival, coming to London this month.

Drake & Morgan at Cabot Square

This summer pop-up from Drake & Morgan is bringing some colour to the Blade Runner vibes of Canary Wharf. Rock up to the trailer bar and grab yourself a glass of the pink stuff. In the mood for a cocktail? There's plenty of those too, all of 'em inspired by an English garden - think Rhubarb Negronis, Rose Spritzes and Hedgerow Mojitos. White wine, English sparkling and beer are also on offer.

Bodega Argento at The Rooftop, The Hippodrome Casino

Ya don't need to be a blackjack pro to appreciate The Hippodrome Casino's terrace, but having a love of South American wine definitely helps. That's because the casino has teamed up with Argentinian winemaker Bodega Argento for its new outdoor rooftop pop-up, set five storeys above the West End. Take in the views while sipping on a glass of organic rosé - or a bottle, if you're feelin' frisky. This place is open til 2am, so there's no rush. Let the good times roll...

Yauatcha City x Whispering Angel Terrace

The City outpost of dim sum hotspot Yauatcha is channeling some major flower power in its new terrace collab with winemaker Château d’Esclans' Whispering Angel rosé label. Order a glass, bottle, magnum or - if you're a certified baller - a jeroboam (that's three entire litres of wine), and check out the special food pairing menu (did somebody say wagyu beef puffs?). Go for the 'gram, go for the rosé, go for the jewel-like dumplings. Just go.

Hush Mayfair Courtyard

Hush is a go-to for al fresco wining and dining thanks to its luxurious courtyard. The restaurant changes the decor of its terrace seasonally, and its current version - sponsored by gin brand Engine - is decked out in greenery that's inspired by the hills of northwestern Italy, with cocktails to match. Rosé lovers also have lots of options here: we suggest tucking into a bottle of rosé from Provence and pretending you're on a romantic European holiday.

Aqua Kyoto Spring Terrace

Need a new profile pic? Head to Aqua Kyoto's hydrangea-filled terrace and make it happen with a glass of rosé in hand. This dreamy rooftop space in Oxford Circus is decked out in silk flowers for the summer, and it's launched a brand-new cocktail menu to ring in the change of season. Oh, and if you're ever in need of a bottomless brunch, this place has you covered on the weekends.
