Those sunsets. Seriously, you've never seen a sunset like this. Pair that with all that bright white architecture and the clear blue skies, and you're in an Instagrammers wet dream. We're also into the Greek wine - these guys know how to make a decent rosé. If you're a fan of seafood, you gotta hit up the octopus dishes. It's the dish of the island.
It's f*cking expensive. Taxis cost whatever the driver fancies charging and are few and far between so best to hire a car if you can (no drinking and driving though people). The Old Town is over-rated and getting more full of string vest selling shops by the year. Head to the more remote places, that's where it's at.
