The ridiculously amazing drinks from all over the world (both wonderful and weird) I get to discover on a weekly basis. From horse placenta collagen to 1962 Dom Perígnon, I’m a lucky boy!
Whenever it gets to Christmas I don’t venture too far, you’ll find me at the Beaufort Bar in The Savoy. It’s just so festive and intimate and you simply can’t go wrong with the cocktails. By far one of the best bars in existence as far as I’m concerned!
London! There is just so much going on in our beautiful city from the world-renowned hotel bars so smaller more intimate bar scenes with some serious skill behind them.
It starts with Patrón Picante’s, involves bubbles, a massive white, usually a Californian red before ending on whisky. Most importantly, it always includes stitches of laughter - the uncontrollable laughter where your sides begin to hurt. Oh, and a bacon sarnie the next day because we all know how we’re going to feel.
David Blackmore, the Global Brand Ambassador for Glenmorangie and Ardbeg, total legend, so many stories and so much knowledge. Emma Wykes, a true inspiration and amazing guru in the industry, so entrepreneurial, I just love chatting with her. We’re fortunate to have an industry built upon a lot of love, so there’s so so many people to tell the truth!
Clos de Chillon Chasselas from Switzerland. A wine that you’ve probably never heard of but brings so much joy to my life. Oh, and our incredibly The Three Drinkers whisky, of course!!
