I've worked in a few places in New Zealand, Melbourne, Sydney and most recently ECC in Chinatown. Now I've taken a position with Kamm & Sons
Happiness Forgets in Hoxton Square, it's cosy and quaint, the team there are utterly sensational and all so dashing! Artesian at the Langham - it's won best bar for a reason, the guys are spectacular and so are their drinks Shady Pines in Sydney.
Tough call, probably a Purgatory but I love Sazeracs and Daiquiris.
Ask me tomorrow, I'll see what I can rustle up behind the bar tonight.

Sometimes I'm scared of the dark.
I'd call it Ada-Girl , a julep style drink with Vietnamese mint, Blackstrap Rum, Mandragola and a smidgen of Demerara sugar. Maybe some bitters, cause bitters are bad ass. Named after Ada Coleman who was head bartender at the American Bar in the Savoy in the early 1920s.
Wet, with gin and all of the olives.
