I had quite a few, but definitely when I spend a year working in Australia

Where will be find you on your nights off?

Probably out, trying loads of food to discover different type of cuisine to open my mind and get inspirations for my cocktails

If you weren’t tending bar, what would you be doing?

I wanted to be an architect!

Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey would be my best friend
