What is your favourite cocktail?

Negroni, Last Word, Spice of Californication… You’ve never heard of it? Means that you never tried our Signature Cocktail Playlist…

Ever had a bad-ass/rock n roll bartending moment?

 We were shortlisted for the “2018 AVANT GARDE DRINKS LIST OF THE YEAR” through IMBIBE

Where will be find you on your nights off?

The Gibson, Nightjar, The NED, Bar Termini, Swift and of course at ST JAMES BAR!

If you weren’t tending bar, what would you be doing? 

I used to be optician so I imagine I’d still be doing that… but I will most likely be ending my night in a bar sipping my favourite cocktails.

What is your desert island bottle? 

Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac… Obviously! Knowing that I will be forgotten on an island all by myself I am not sure a bottle would be enough… but an entire case of LOUIS XIII Cognac could save the day!

What is your hangover cure?

Fernet-Branca as a shot or Angostura Bitters – fight evil with evil.
