I moved to Toronto from Vancouver and I am currently working at Pretty Ugly Bar. I was at Harbord Room.
I like bars with good cocktails that are still relaxed and not too pretentious – like Employees Only or Attaboy in NYC. It actually depends on my mood.
Depends on when in the day but I love a Gin Martini
When I beat a lot of gentlemen in cocktail competitions! But mostly it is having a customer saying “this is the best drink I ever had”
When people talk about bowel movements.
I secretly love Piña Coladas.
My favourite has only three ingredients or four: equal parts gin and sherry cream and honey with nutmeg on top.
I like it strong; two parts gin, one vermouth, orange bitters and an orange twist.
