Manero's on Kingsland Road for a party, Original Sin in Stoke Newington for a Penicillin & a game of pool and High Water for a schmooze-fest. Andina in Shoreditch for Saturday morning hangover cures.

It was midnight and the party was in full swing when someone ripped out the speaker cables instantly silencing the DJ. I jumped over the bar (slight exaggeration..) and grabbed a guitar which had been plugged in from an early evening performance and starting playing some funk grooves to which everyone applauded and started dancing all over the place. However, to be honest the guests were quite relieved when the DJ started again!!

Which goes perfectly with Hakushu 12 year whisky, vintage sake, Belsazar dry vermouth, & maraschino liqueur in an Ardbeg & St Germain rinsed coupette. I'd serve with a little chocolate pot with yamazaki infused prunes & honeycomb and call it 'BarChoc' ...
Nowhere near an olive...
