I'd make my Bacardi Legacy drink Catalizador: 45ml Bacardi Superior, 10ml Martini Bianco, 10ml lemon juice, 35ml camomile tea Syrup, 15ml Egg White and 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Dry. Shake, shake with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
I prefer a Martinez.
