WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

Not too far from Manchester.

WHERE DO YOU/HAVE YOU WORKED?

I split my time working on a few projects; Sensorium, Asterley Bros and Schofield’s which will be opening soon in my home town, with my brother Daniel. I was at The American Bar and The Beaufort Bar at The Savoy. Before that The Zetter Townhouse, Spice Temple in Melbourne, Palmer and Co in Sydney, The Liars Club in Manchester and Jake's Bar in Leeds.

FAVORITE BARS?

I have always loved both bars in The Savoy, The Portobello Star and Trailer Happiness in London. Oporto in Leeds, Little Red Door in Paris, Bar 4 in Tokyo, Macs Club Deuce in Miami, Tiki Ti in L.A, Attaboy and Employees Only in New York.

FAVOURITE DRINK?

It's got to be Guinness.

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

It would have to be playing the band version of guitar hero to a live audience during Benicassim music festival with my brother Daniel and our friend Elliot. We got booed off stage.

What's next for you?

A trip to Paris to see Daniel over at The Little Red Door.

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

Shooters for Hooters.

Tell us a secret or something we don't know?

I used to love cross stitching.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

I'd make you my favourite drink from the Savoy Cocktail Book, The Blue Train. Gin, Lemon, Cointreau and a dash of blue food dye.

How do you like your Martini?

Beefeater, wet, twist.

What did you want to be as a kid?

A milkman apparently.
