I'm partial to a manhattan, but I'm always on the hunt to find my perfect drink.. Part of me hopes I will never find it, that gives me the excuse to keep looking.
Getting people dancing on the bar is always memorable & managing to host a massive imbibe unofficial afterparty one year..

Something befitting the weather: British Cup 1" peeled cucumber,4 mint leaves, 50ml martin millers, 20ml lime juice, 20ml sugar syrup, muddle, shake and double strain into a glass rinsed with green chartreuse and absinthe
