I started out in dives and clubs, worked my way up, learning the grounds at Marie Laveau/Little Quarter. But mostly got trained at Linje Tio/Tjoget where I'm the Bar Manager today.

Well I've got Rock 'n' Rye tattooed on me. But for the moment it's an Americano.
