Any time the bar gets too busy, I really like the chaos of a busy shift, the crazier the better. Also I get a kick out of everyone at the bar drinking cocktails I made up
There are usually more comfortable places around the venue for such affairs
I want to complete the circle, so to say, get good at all thing related to the bar, be it cocktails, wine, coffee, food, management. Also just enjoy work more, really appreciate every shift and the guests that come to my bar
A girl once asked me to make her a cocktail that has something to do with sex and violence. Can't really decide if it was the best or worst one!
