Gin Martini.

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

Years back in OZ when an arrogant industry guest questioned about my free, super fancy poured double measure of whisky: the the jigger proof it has been the most precise that I ever been able to do in my entire life. Lucky me!!

Ever done it on a bar?

Before aswering, I have to ensure first if my mum will ever read this!

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

Two perfectly tipsy strangers making big business deals at 2:30am. Don't know yet if it wa bad, good or simply hilarious!

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

The BarChick logo has a pin up, so I would make something that reminds me of those 50's fast food joints where colourful milkshakes were served and the music was coming from a jukebox. Definitely something pink and fluffy like a Clover Club. Sexy & tasty.

How do you like your Martini?

Gin, quite dry with lemon. If you want to spoil me, get me some almonds on the side.

What did you want to be as a kid?

A pizza chef.
