I just left the Skyline Rooftop Bar at the Grand Hotel Molino Stucky Hilton in Venice. I'm now working at The Connaught Bar as Head Bartender, but before was at Long Bar at the Sanderson Hotel London, The Waiting Room in Melbourne Australia, Rockpool Bar and Grill Sydney... and few other places...


The Connaught Bar London (part of my heart is still there), La Perla London, Employees Only New York, Bugsy's Bar Prague, The Everleigh Melbourne.

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

I was working at the Long Bar Sanderson Hotel at the age of 25, one day in the early afternoon, the Manager in charge told me to Open the Purple Bar exclusively for Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood with two other friends, then I was serving drinks and chatting with them...

Ever done it on a bar?

A new challenge at the Skyline Rooftop Bar after it has been refurbished...

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

I was listening to a bar manager who said to a customer: "You really do not know who I am? Just google my name." That was embarrassing for me ...

I like to keep my secrets ;)

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

Chick Flick Cobbler Gin Mare, Martini Gran Lusso, Beetroot Juice, Lemon Juice, Ginger Honey Syrup, Liquorice Bitter, served in a Wine glass on cracked ice with Beetroot dry chips, Liquorice stick and fresh berries.

How do you like your Martini?

5 parts Gin 1 part Dry Vermouth, Lemon Twist, with a couple of olives on the side.

What did you want to be as a kid?

I wanted to be adult to be able to drink alcohol :)
