I have worked many places in Copenhagen; - Umami (Ubar), Bar Rouge (Skt. Petri Hotel), Fugu, Ritz, Restaurant Geist, Izakaya Bar. I was also a part of the opening team of Restaurant Okku in Dubai. I was taking shifts once in a while at Oak Room & Congo and now work for HOPS festival.
