Bad ass would be the slickest service ran with Stevie Pennack and Kamil Foltan, it was the craziest shift i have ever worked, especially after a Nyetimber tour and a 2 hour sleep and being 4 staff members down! I try to better myself everyday, i do this by looking up and learning from my colleagues. Mike foster and Matteo Malisan are role models of mine (they don't even know that!)
I would make a Warner and Edwards Tuxedo: 2 dashes of Absinthe 2 dashes of Orange Bitters 5ml Maraschino 25ml Martini dry vermouth 25ml Warner and Edwards Harrington Gin
