MIX IT UP
Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice features single malts from Clynelish in The North - one of Scotland’s most northern distilleries. Practically Winterfell, then. Expect a crisp, clean taste that makes a damn delicious highball when you add grapefruit and lemon.
· 50ml Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice
· 25ml Lemon juice
· 25ml Sugar syrup (1:1)
· 100ml Chilled Soda
· 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Garnish: Lemon twist & icing sugar dusted mint sprig
Built in highball glass with cubed ice, Johnnie Walker Song of Ice with fresh lemon, sugar syrup, chilled soda and grapefruit bitters.
Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire is here to spice things up with a bit of smoke - much like Daenerys when she finally cracked and burnt most of Kings Landing. You don’t have to be a demented tyrant to enjoy the rich and spicy flavours of the whisky though. Subtle smoke from the peated malts of the Caol Ila distillery make this awesome combined with ginger and pineapple. Hot.
