From Liquor Store To Your Door: The Booze Selivery Services You Need To Know About

When it comes to epic booze, these guys deliver...

If you can't go Out-Out, make your weekend all about staying In-In. These guys have everything you need to get your home bar stocked like the pros.

Top Cuvee

Normally a neighbourhood restaurant + bottle shop with a great bar, this place has done a big-ass Covid-19 pivot and turned into a shop, complete with home delivery. Plus they're not just getting their own drinks into your home - they're going for a tasty treble with three award-winning cocktail bars on their delivery service. Craving a Three Sheets Negroni, or missing one of the sustainable insane serves from Scout? They're both on the books, as is one of 2019's (now an absolute vintage year) hottest openings Tayer + Elementary. They've bottled up the Palo Santo Gimlet, ready to be delivered to your door and poured straight over ice. Legends.

Working with their delivery partner Collect+ they can send all drinks and non-perishable goods anywhere in the UK in 3-5 working days, and they're working on worldwide delivery cos they're f*cking legends.

31 Dover

The best home-made cocktails are made with the best ingredients. We know that. You know that. Ya know who else knows that? The 31 Dover crew who stock their virtual shelves with a highly curated collection of booze. We're talking the best spirits, mixers, bitters and liqueurs for you to order direct to your casa (next day as standard, FYI) so you can shake up your fave serves and kick back with them on your sofa. They have Home Bar Bundles, can supply all the glassware you need, and if you're feeling wild (what, you don't need some excitement in your life right now? Who you kidding?), you could order one of their mystery boxes for a little bit of couriered je ne sais quoi!

Delivery is available UK wide (with a few postcode exclusions) and starts from £2.49. Sign up to 31Delivered and you can get free delivery for a year.

The Whisky Exchange

Don't let the name fool you. These guys don't just deal in whisky. They're about ALL the booze. From rums, gins, vodkas and tequilas to beers, wines and sakes. They've got it all, and they can send it all to your place. They even have pre-mixed cocktails on their cyber-based back bar ready to be sent out to you for minimum effort home imbibing. Or you could channel your favourite bartenders and recreate your favourite London cocktails with their "Bring The Bar Home" selection; a kick-ass collection of DIY cocktail bundles created by the bartenders themselves. Profits from all cocktail bundles goes to supporting the venues they've been created by. What better way to bring the bar home?

These guys deliver all over the world (including Christmas Island, in case you were wondering) with express delivery available... if patience has never been your virtue.

Deliveroo / Uber Eats

All of a sudden, it ain't just steaming tubs of ramen and chewy sourdough pizza being biked to our abodes. Deliveroo in the time of Corona now means cocktails are being zoomed to our doors in as little as half an hour... and we're welcoming this swivel with open arms (and mouths). Unlucky if you live the other side of town from your fave bar, but a wicked way to explore your neighbourhood from your sofa. And if cocktails aren't within your radius, chances are a well-stocked booze shop will be, so you can get that home bar stocked, top-up vital ingredients and be shaking your favourite cocktail by the time the next episode of your Ozark binge has finished.

Bevy

London-based and speedier than your over-excited ex - this boozy delivery service can take your night from tee-total to dancing on your dining table in 30-45 minutes. These guys deliver spirits, beer, wine, snacks, beverages and other premium alcohol and speciality products across London, including cocktail kits complete with ice so you can channel your inner mixologist from your kitchen. And they're not gonna break the bank either, offering most of their boozy supply for as close to the RRP as you'll find.

They're open for deliveries 7 days per week, including into the late hours of the night.

The Drinks Drop

Highball Brands is a luxe drinks distribution company, and they've launched a bad-ass not-for-profit cocktail delivery service aptly named, ‘The Drinks Drop’. The contact-free delivery service has partnered with some of the top bars in London including Black Rock, Laki Kane, Kwānt and Doña, and in Manchester including Cottonopolis, Crazy Pedros, CBRB, and Edinburgh Castle to bring top-quality cocktails made by pro bartenders using killer premium spirits, including Takamaka Rum and Dangerous Don Mezcal straight to people’s doors. All of the profits from sales of the cocktails will be evenly redistributed to the bars taking part, meaning you can enjoy an at-home cocktail hour knowing you're supporting some of your fave bars while they're closed. Fair play.

You can buy you high-end pouches starting at £7.50 each to be dropped at your door in either London or manchester here.

Keep this one on your radar... Drizly

Delivery is the new going out, so no surprises that there are more options on the horizon for getting booze brought to your home. While they haven't launched in the UK yet, we reckon it won't be long before you'll be scrolling through Drizly to get your fave tipples on your shelves without even leaving the house. These guys are on a noble mission to make sure cups, fridges and coolers are never empty again. At the moment, they're operating coast to coast, but we ain't talking South-end on Sea to Cornwall - they're currently only state-side, baby. But they've made some thirst-inducing promises on their website and we reckon they'll be in London before you can say "make mine a Martini".
