I'm currently running our own place called Tayēr + Elementary in Old Street with Monica Berg. Elementary is all-day bar serving tasty seasonal drinks, bottomless coffee and delicious snacks. Tayēr is progressive bar exploring ingredients and serving thoughtful drinks and delicious food by TATA eatery. Our kitchen counter is a intimate and personal experience, where guests enjoy ever-changing menu based on what’s available from our fisherman, farmers and growers.
