I'm from Spain, La Rioja (in the north).
I´ve been working in Madrid, Barcelona and now i'm in my town with a cocktail event company working hard to have my dream come true, to have my own cocktail bar.
Any bars you are inside and feel very comfortable. Nice drinks, nice people, nice music and a very very big smile. In bars, magic things are always happening.
I like vermouth a lot, tequila aswell. All drinks have their moment.
I can´t choose just one, I try to keep positive things of everything.
I do it every moment i can, magic with bottles, i mean!
I would like to travel and work in other countries, if anybody is interested in me...!
In bars you hear a lot of things, couples discussing, couples "having fun". For me the best is to see, to listen and be quiet. If bar walls could speak...
I'm very shy, but when I´m working, I really enjoy it. I'm a very lucky man, I´ve turned my hobby and passion into my job.
I´d make one extraordinary cocktail and call it "El Latino". The recipe is mezcal, brandy, lime juice, smoked vanila syrup, chocolate bitter. Add some cuban music and enjoy!
Very, very cold and served with a big smile!
I wanted to be in contact with people. I really enjoy explaining my cocktails and making people happy, even for just a few minutes or hours.
